What temperatures are the classes?
Classes range from 80°F (Barre) to 105°F (Fusion). Power Flow is 98°F, Flow + Release and Yoga Sculpt are 95°F, SOL Flow and Warm Yin are 90°F. All heated by Far Infrared with 40% humidity in the hottest classes.

Do I need to be flexible?
No — classes are designed for all levels from beginner to advanced. Each instructor offers modifications and the studio welcomes students of all experience levels.
What should I bring?
Just yourself! Yoga mats rent for $3, mat towels $3, shower towels are free. The studio also has an on-site boutique.
Are there discounts?
Yes — 10% off for active military, first responders, full-time students, nurses and full-time teachers. Show ID in studio.
What's the cancellation policy?
$15 no-show fee and $5 late cancellation fee (less than 2 hours before class). Monthly memberships require 30-day written notice to cancel.
