She holds a BS from East Tennessee State University and a Master's of Education from Milligan College. Hot Yoga
Far Infrared heated studio (80°F–105°F) with HVAC air quality system. Power Flow, Flow + Release, Warm Yin, Yoga Sculpt, SOL Flow and Fusion classes.
Barre & Pilates
Barre fusing yoga, Pilates and barre with light weights, bands, balls and gliders. Hot Pilates combines classic mat Pilates principles with weights and bands for a low-impact, high-burn session.
Teacher Training
200-Hour Sol Yoga Academy RYS-200 approved. Seven intensive weekends, October 2026 – April 2027. Early bird $2,800 / standard $3,200. Limited to 18 students.
